Terms and Conditions of Sale.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between R2JC, a Swiss collective dedicated to promoting talented designers through fashion shows, and any user purchasing tickets through our website. By purchasing tickets, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms without reservation.

Purpose

These Terms define the rights and obligations of both parties in relation to the online sale of tickets for events organized by R2JC.

Scope

These Terms apply to all ticket sales made through our website and prevail over any other document unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.

Ticket Orders

a) Ordering Process
Tickets may only be purchased through our website. Customers select their tickets, provide the required personal information, and complete the payment online.

b) Order Confirmation
Once payment has been successfully processed, the customer will receive a confirmation email. The order becomes final upon receipt of this confirmation.

c) Accuracy of Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the ordering process is accurate. R2JC cannot be held liable for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Prices and Payment

a) Prices
Ticket prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include all applicable taxes (VAT where applicable). Any additional fees (such as booking or service fees) will be clearly indicated before the order is confirmed.

b) Payment
Payments must be made online through a secure payment platform. Accepted payment methods include: Credit or debit card TWINT Any other payment method displayed on our website

Ticket Delivery

Tickets are delivered electronically (e-tickets) to the email address provided during the purchase process. Customers are responsible for either printing their ticket or presenting it on a mobile device at the event entrance.

Right of Withdrawal

Under Swiss law, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts relating to leisure activities, including cultural events. Accordingly, all ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise provided in these Terms.

Event Cancellation or Changes

a) Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled, customers may choose either: A full refund of the face value of the ticket; or An exchange for another R2JC event, where available. Additional expenses such as travel, accommodation, or other incidental costs will not be reimbursed.

b) Event Changes
If the date, time, or venue of an event is changed, purchased tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event. Customers who are unable to attend the modified event may request a refund within a reasonable period following notification of the change.

Liability

a) R2JC's Obligations
R2JC undertakes to organize events in accordance with the published information, except in cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

b) Limitation of Liability
R2JC shall not be liable for: Lost or stolen tickets after they have been issued; Indirect or consequential damages arising from the cancellation, postponement, or modification of an event.

Event Admission and Rules

Admission is subject to presentation of a valid ticket. Participants must comply with all applicable safety instructions and any venue or event regulations. Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or removal from the event without refund.

Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For further information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Amendments

R2JC reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The Terms applicable to an order are those in force at the time the purchase is completed.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek to resolve the matter amicably. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the canton in which R2JC has its registered office.
